Inside My Holiday Make Up Bag

On Monday I setted off for a little 'mini break' holiday in Ibiza, and I thought I'd share what make up supplies I brought with me. Whilst I don't think I'll be wearing much more than just a touch of mascara and my eyebrows filled in, I brought some extras for the evenings. We're only taking hand luggage so obviously I'm slightly limited on what liquids I can take, however I think for a relaxing holiday with my friend this is the perfect amount.

To keep shine at bay I'm using The Body Shop Tea Tree Pore Minimising Primer. This keeps everything looking matte but not flat, and does minimise your pores which is especially good as I've not got any full coverage base. I've got the Revlon ColorStay concealer in light to use under my eyes, but also generally around my face creating as extra base for the Clinique Almost Powder Make up which is quite a full coverage powder, like a powder foundation. I don't tend to tan, but hopefully I will on holiday, however to keep my face, and shoulders probably, looking sunkissed I've got the Bourjois Delice de Poudre in 51. I also use this in the crease of my eyes as a speedy bronze eye make up look. For lashes, a waterproof mascara is a must have on holiday, and I've gone for the Bourjois Volume Glamour Max waterproof mascara - it keeps the curl but doesn't budge during the day! Brows are the most important part of my make up for me, and I've got my trusty hi-impact brow palette and Natural Collection clear mascara as a brow gel. As for lips, I'm just keeping things simple with a Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in honey. It's a my lips but better shade, and requires minimal attention so I won't be left with any awkward lip colour fading.

I've chosen to just take my staple pieces and keep things quite natural.  I don't want to be worrying about make up coming off at the beach or in the pool, nor do I want to worry about my make up during the hot evenings.

What are your holiday make up staples?
