A few months ago I wrote about my first MAC purchase, and as predicted I've made a few other purchases to add to my newly formed MAC collection.



MAC lipsticks are a favourite amongst makeup lovers for creamy formulas and array of shades , and I'm so happy that I picked one up - I know I'll be getting more.

After some serious swatching and looking into things, I chose the colour Peach Blossom - the perfect pinky nude ideal for everyday wear. I hadn't heard of this until reading about it here on Emily's blog.



Peach Blossom is my ultimate 'my lips but better' lipstick, it's an overused phrase I know, but it really adds a little something to my lips without being too obvious. The lipstick is in the cremesheen formula, which sits so nicely on the lips with an almost balmy and light weight texture, and as expected a more sheeny finish. For everyday I find that a matte finish can be little more tricky to maintain, whereas with the nude toned shade and creamy formula it's easy to keep topped up and maintain throughout the day.  

I was going to include a photo of the colour on my lips, but I have such a weird lip shape the picture looked a little strange. Keep an eye on my Instagram as I'm sure it'll feature in photos soon!
